Our tech team has made adjustments to the BOINC configuration and the issue we were experiencing with MCM1 work units has now been resolved.

I just got a bunch of MCM WUs on my Win11 machine. They're all _0 or _1.

Re: 2023-07-31 Update (MCM1 issue resolved)

"Resolved" looks different in my book. Among my two dozen hosts about 4 or 5 have gotten some for a total of about 110 WUs. When trying to force a few hosts that had been running low already on a replacement project that I have set last night to "no new tasks" in anticipation of "something" to start working again, they all get "no new tasks available".

Would also still leave the question open as to what happens with OPN1/OPNG and SCC1... confused

Well, ...

Just when I tried to post about the non-issuance of MCM1 WUs (stuck in moderation still, thanks snowflakes!), one of my sever got a few. But half of them still needed a kick in the butt as the resulted in downloading errors, though they would eventually succeed by hitting the [Retry Now] button. But can't do this for two dozen hosts all the time... sad

Several of my MCM1 work units from before the unplanned outage of July 21 are still "Waiting to be Sent" to wingmen.

Re: 2023-07-31 Update (MCM1 issue resolved)

Outstanding question: There was a planned outage for Tuesday, July 25, but there was an unplanned outage of all systems starting Friday, July 21 lasting through the 25th.

Can somebody at WCG please address why everything went down 5 days before the planned outage? A lot of us would really appreciate an explanation. Thanks so much.

Note that stats export is not working properly, and has been broken for over a week now.
