Mismatch in Device managment listing vs results list

When I pull up my devices on the web https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewDevices.do 2 of the first 3 devices listed there are not my devices! When I look in my result list, one of the devices has results I can see but not the other one. My main device returns daily results, but the device management list says the device has not returned results recently it becomes visible in the list when I extend the criteria or with returned results from last 14 days to last 30 days. I have the Installed/Registered Device criteria default (the last seven days). The device that turns up in the first 3 and is mine is also in the result list.
To sum it up I have 2 active devices 1 is displayed an active in the device management list the other one not. Another 2 devices are shown active but are not mine and I do get records of results from one of devices but not the other one.
What is happening here? Has someone registered his device using my account?

Hi, has this problem been investigated? Is More info needed? Think this should be a simple DB task to find out, some basic SQL.

Hi jgis,

The tech team said that it would be helpful if you could provide the host IDs for the devices that belong to you as well as the devices that seem to belong to someone else. Thanks!

H Tigerlily, to be clear of what is what you want. Is the host ID you want the device name like the domain name in the client_styte.xml not the host ID in the same xml.

Hi jgis,

Your host ID should be a 7-digit number, if that helps identify what we are looking for!
