Login Problem

Due to the heavy volume of traffic the site is receiving, you may experience problems logging in. This is a problem with the database set up right now, and we are working to correct it.

Re: Login Problem

We have increased the number of possible connection to the database and this should alleviate the problem people were seeing earlier today.

Please feel free to use the contact us link at the bottom of the page if you are still having trouble logging in.

Re: Login Problem

It has been about seven hours since we saw the last instance of these problems.

There were two problems that were caused by the additional volume we have experienced in the last two days. Both problems have been resolved. Members of the system would have experienced the problem in the following ways:

1) On an attempt to sign into the website, you would have received a message stating "The system is unavailable, please try again later"

2) On an attempt to sign into the website, the login error page was displayed even though you entered in the correct user name and password.

3) If you clicked on the 'Forums' link in the top navigation area and the forums were never displayed.

These problems have been resolved. They occurred intermittantly over a 48 hour period starting around 12:00 UTC on Monday Nov 23.

We apologize for the inconvience this has caused our users.

Kevin
