We all know why we are here; to do (hopefully) great deeds fighting all these insiduous diseases using our PC's using the power of Distributive Computing.
----------------------------------------It's not about the "points". Like all the Teams here, we are here on a mission. We have lost Family and Friends to Cancer and other insiduious diseases. Many of us have Family and Friends suffering through this as I post. There are many people across this tiny planet who also need our help. Now. May we crunch on and perhaps get some more great Volunteers to join this International Team. Or you could simply join a great number of Teams here at WCG, or even start your own Team.  If you have seen seen this thread for the first time, please consider sharing some cpu cycles with us. Or any Team here. Just simply join. Yes, we all have stories ... If you have ever visited a Cancer clinic, your heart will sink for a tad at first. These patients there are all "Bravehearts". May we give them hope, better meds, and more importantly, may we all find a Cure for them and others suffering from the many other diseases. It's time to crunch. We all know what the mission is all about.  It's kinda like that Nike commercial. Chowbow, with over 3,000 Results, already. 4inez with over 1 Year of Total Run Time. the crunchdude getting close to a his first Star (10,000 points) here. I also see that we are *very* close to 8 years of Total Run Time and within a couple days of exceeding 11,000 Results! Still at work, gotta run.  |
