Hi, i first installed the win agent at my office and then at my two computers back home. At first my devices went up to 3 and the 3 were shown but since yesterday, I only have one listed and the two pcs at home simply dont display the agent window but do have the process running in the background.. what happened? how can I regain my devices?
All three pcs have windows xp (2 have pro and 1 home) thanks a lot! JuanF |

Hello juanfd,
If you click on 'My Grid' - 'Device Manager', you will see some drop-down menus: Installed/Registered Device: in the last 7 days or With Result(s) Returned: in the last 14 days I think that 2 of your computers have not returned results in the last 7 days and so are not showing any longer.
