 COCONUT PIE Ingredients : 2 cups milk 3/4 cup white sugar 4 eggs 1 cup flaked coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup baking mix Method : Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter one 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Combine the milk, sugar, eggs, coconut, vanilla , butter and baking mix together. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour de pie for de new captin when he sorts his hose out |

 The good ship coconaut is under way again and is heading to port for new members. Whistlen has swept everything under the bunks and we have installed a new brass pole in the galley .  |

Good morning WCG!! 4C outside today...almost spring....and Team Canada is wining the hockey game.....it couldn't get any better. Unless we got some more shipmates...... The coconauts are looking for more nauts...nuts..whatever.....Join the coconauts and get free updates on Team Canada as it goes for gold in men's and women's hockey! (if that doesn't attract more shipmates don't know what will, might have to get whistlen to get some of that junk out from under the bunks to give away as a prize or something)
