confused What's wrong with my grid???

Recently,my grid has something wrong. The World Community Grid agent program show the "agent paused, see www.wcgrid.org/cause.html"
message shown at right at the bottom of the agent window.
I did as the page "http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/viewCause.do" said, however, the problems remained. Please help me.
Connectivity
I am sure that my computer can communicate with the World Community Grid servers, because I am post on the forum.
Making the agent try to connect
First minimize the agent by clicking on the down arrow in the lower right of the agent window. Second, double click the agent icon in the system tray at the lower right of your screen. Finally, click the "OK" button in the message box that pops up. Did as above mentioned, at right at the bottom of the agent window shown:"Connecting the grid server", then"sending information to grid server",and then the message"Receiving 3366 of 3366 bytes from the server" ,then remain"agent paused, see www.wcgrid.org/cause.html"
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Did as the instuction, the problems remain......
Please help me ,Thank you very much......

Re: What's wrong with my grid???

There are several threads on this already. The computer requirements for HPF2 and FAAH are a bit higher than for HPF1. You need at least 250Mb of memory and a 550MHz computer. One of my computers is 500MHz and gets this same error. It no longer qualifies for WCG but can still contribute to other projects with less restrictions.

If you have onboard graphics and not a separate graphics card, it will subtract from the memory, and it may fall below this requirement: 256Mb - 64Mb (for example) = 192Mb.

WCG will also have some other projects starting in a month or two. Perhaps there will be something later for small computers.

My computer is 2.13GHz,and the memory is 224Mb. I think I have to get a larger memory.
