I believe that team stats are updated once a day and individual stats are updated four times a day.

everytime I try to take a peek at existing stats I get an "..... updateing" msg

...okay my friends ...what's the plan are we going to migrate here ...or is this merely a stopping off place ...
----------------------------------------...personnally I've spent alot of time "over there " but ready for a new start" ...left alot of baggage ...etc .. If we want to setup housekeeping that's one thing ...if we're just visiting ...that's another ... ...Hotrod get together with the jumperz ....Tebbie aint going to like it, but this team is young ....."SERIOUSCRUNCHING BASSJUMPERZ" is possible....just throwing out thoughts!!!! ...responses???? |

----------------------------------------As for me... I'm happy to be here! But I was also thinking about returning to UD and the jumperz when their 'problems' are fixed... Since I spent 4 to 5 crunching years over there and have a 'considerable' amount of points... I find it quite hard to change projects and start anew... unless they leave us no choice by continue to do what they do now offcourse... Now I'm on a strike with UD, and since cluster and Sport were so friendly as to lend us a hand in our team, I thought I'd return the favour by staying here awhile and dropping off some points over here  Since I like you guys (at least the ones I know by now) and it is a shame to let crunching power go to waste...!  About the merging idea... must think about that... and ask the other crew members... It would certainly be good for both teams outputs... perhaps we'll get to the top someday together :) Tebrino seemed to like the idea of a merge (As far as I can tell by his reply in our UD team thread) Cheers  [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Oct 24, 2006 7:59:08 AM] |

I'll probably remain split b/n the two projects. I want to specifically crunch cancer, and I only have 3 computers that can meet the hardware (RAM) requirements here, leaving 6 at the other place. Rosetta work units here were taking 3-4 days to complete on my old computers, and really could not handle them well.
----------------------------------------I was in the top 1000 for points here (crunching Rosetta), but I see I have fallen since dropping back to only 3 cpu on cancer. Everything is a tradeoff. For me, the issue is a) I want to put the power where the benefit is, and b) I want to be around a friendly group. |
