Error messages with Device Manager

I get the following error message when I hit the "contact us link":
[ServletException in:/contact_us.jsp] Exception thrown by getter for property problemTypeList of bean org.apache.struts.taglib.html.BEAN'

I got this error message when I clicked on the "device manager" link, which is what prompted me to try the "contact us" link:
[ServletException in:/ms/device/devices.jsp] Exception thrown by getter for property installedSinceOptions of bean deviceBean'

What is going on?

Re: Error messages with Device Manager

Smells like a Java problem in your Internet Browser. You might want to get the latest Run Time Environment from www.java.com and reinstall. That should refresh the links to your browser. There have bean recent security fixes in there too.

Sekerob, you're totally wrong for once. The website doesn't use Java applets.

sedgecom, this is probably a temporary problem with the website. Let us know if it persists, and we will email WCG for you if Contact Us is broken.

Java is not Javascript!

The website does rely heavily on Javascript, but the back end of the website runs on Java. Java Server Pages - JSP. Not to be confused with Java applets (those are the things that need the Java runtime installed on your computer).
