Sekerob,
----------------------------------------You are most humorous. That use of bare - meaning naked - versus bear - meaning to tolerate - made me laugh. I know you are not a native speaker but you painted a mental picture for me. If I were to have several systems running, the basement would be the place for them in the winter, letting the heat rise to the rest of the house. I hope it is not so hot there that you need to bear being bare. Just kidding!! Cheers Sgt. Joe

Now, i used whether..... i know 4 spellings for that one, try to find them all....one of them is a lifting device, another, female version produces my favorite cheese, the other 2 u don't need my help on. Temperature dropped rapidly this week, so had to light the central heating early.....fortunately, the gas company still owes me 350 Euro from last season on the savings achieved from the insulation....that should carry me to January at least. catch u up PS, a bear should hibernate in the basement, but watch out, a bear does not technically....they are like sleeping dogs, let them lie (now did i do it again ;>) oops, forgot about the bear, by official last count there are 2 left roaming the local national park...they dont belong.

Sekrob,
My thermostat is on the 1st floor, My PC's and bedroom are in a loft. So yes, I can lower the thermostat, stay warm, and save extra, because of the location of the PC's the thermostat never notices them. That darn, hot air rises cool air falls effect... |

Energy bills are hilarious here in The Netherlands (not).
----------------------------------------![]() I have a fairly "cheap" supplier compared to most Durch suppliers, here's what I pay: Energy € 0,0799 / kWh Energytax € 0,0705 / kWh Transport € ?? / kWh VAT: 19% over the above. So that's at least € 0,179 / kWh. That's approx $ 0,22 / kWh. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
