IBM employee recieving the following message after downloading - when filling out sign-in page w/ login name and password.
Error - Unable to connect to Grid Server - if you are using server check settings w/ network admin. Employee tried the various instruction in help menu w/ no success. Thanks! |

IBM employee should speak to IBM IT department and verify that IBM gave consent to install on IBM computer. Then, if IBM IT gave consent, familiarize with IBM network configuration and security policy before proceeding.
