Re: THE EDWARDIANS - MARCH ON

Dull and damp indeed! Today, a District Nurse arrive to take some more blood and a messenger came with ten (three day?) day bags, 30 night bags, a second spare catheter, a spare strap and a pack of cleansing tissues labelled "use by June 6" but not which year.

Looks as though I am in for a long illness!

Evening all

No rain but dull all day.

Best of wished chaps - 'It's being so cheerful that keeps me going' - do I remember it right?

rose Re: THE EDWARDIANS - MARCH ON

smile Evening all.....................

All this talk of feet prompted this little poem biggrin

Feet on the ground;

Look ahead, not behind,
For the future is yours alone to command;
Memories will always be there to remind
You of the ground on which you stand.

So do not look down and burrow,
But look up and leap high-
For you are standing on an evergreen meadow
That will rise as you reach for the sky.

rose Good night and sleep well;
Old Sage wink
