I'm trying to get my CS department to install the client on some of our lab computers, but the director wants to know what security issues this software might raise. Are there any articles/analysis/guides/anything that I can show him about any security issues (good facts or bad) that the client would open up? Thanks!

Is there any way to run the client as a Windows Service? Ie, when the users log out, the program is still running on the computer instead of just when somebody is logged in?
