Cold turkey worked for me, too.
Pro and contra - thousands of contras; one pro: I liked it. I thought and claimed. But I was addicted, of course. Six year and 29 days later, I can still miss it and sneak up on people smoking in the street for some passive smoking  My sense of smell has improved scarily. Never smelt so keenly before ... |

I stopped smoking by using patches 18/5/11, being diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, is quite a powerfull incentive aswell of course.....

Yes, that is a powerful incentive, indeed
 How is it working for you? - I admitted that six years has not totally erased whatever gets deposited in certain centers of ones brain  Try to enjoy smelling better and getting a better sense of smell, and your gums will love you for it - and they will do it fast! You can do it  |
