...and also no new Statistics?!
Apologies if this is a known problem but I believe that this is due to a new laptop. I've seen some guidance on another thread on how to get new results kicked off, but I obviously didn't follow it correctly or there might be another problem. However although I'm downloading and doing work, I haven't returned a result since June; my Statistics supposedly have been updated but i have not got any credit for some of the projects I'm working on. Can anyone help? |

As it looks as though you're an IBM employee (going by your 'handle'), it could be that your BOINC session is registered under the 'IBM' userid - as opposed to your own.
----------------------------------------This can be checked out by opening your BOINC session in the Advanced Mode and checking to see what Account is showing in the Projects tab. If it's showing as 'IBM', then simply select the 'World Community Grid' as a project (probably it's the only one showing), press the 'No new tasks' button, let all the tasks you've got complete and report (you may have to manually report them). After which, detach from the WCG project and reattach - this time using your own userid/password. Then, the tasks your machine crunches, will go against your own userid.  |

nice one! this worked, however the next obvious question will be regarding the credit for the 4 months worked, or will I have to suck that one up as a lesson learned?
