**** can happen, thats not the problem.
----------------------------------------the problem is the **** slow response. between my first post and the stop of this spam mail was over 5 hours. and between the first mail and the stop was over 10 hours :( how many ex users have gotten more than 70 news mails? ;-) *edited to appropriate forum language - ErikaT [Edit 4 times, last edit by ErikaT at Mar 9, 2014 9:48:09 PM] |

Sorry, our main technical support team is based in the US. Which means the problem occurred in the middle of the night. We have used this email tool in the past and did not have a problem with it. It was scheduled to run in the middle of the night when the server load is the least.
Again we are sorry this has happened and will be fixing the problem for the future. Right now the tool is disabled until we correct the problem. -Uplinger |

You're lucky prody0815 is a fairly tolerant individual. Personally I'd have changed my e-mail address to noreply@worldcommunitygrid.org after the first dozen and let your mail servers deal with the problem.
