 A lot of my points were validated today. Ones that crunched yesterday. Therefore, while my score was a little lower yesterday, it will be a lot higher today.  |

We rank #238 for Results returned. Now that is really good for a Team this small. Rather impressive, I think. COOL! ... Johnny Cool ... that is impressive. But why settle for "a team this small"? I need to get you all fired up. Let's plan on having a new recruitment contest in perhaps June or July. Like a fine boxer, I need time to recover from this last bout (our February contest). Anyway, you know that the big teams will use a handicap to make it fair to the weaklings ... errrr ... I mean small fries.You know you want to ... and you know you NEED to ... Congrats to you JC. You posted very solid numbers today. Thanks, wgbjr. I have been running my one business PC quite a bit because I want to "make-up" for the time that I will spend doing taxes later. That means not even connecting to the internet for security reasons. Fellow Team Mates, I, like Chowbow and wgbjr are running the Boinc client. My second day of doing this. It appears to me, that points do increase using this. Better yet, I am convinced that more Results can be crunched using Boinc as well. The work units seem to go faster. The first day of using this had me worried with validations and so forth. Yet, 24 hours later, all became quite clear to me. It works. Let me clarify this. I have an AMD Athlon 64 3500+. Not the fastest cpu, nor the slowest. Your mileage will vary. Boinc Stats to also follow along with the Free-DC stats soon. |
