No GPU WUs , settings

Hi guys,

Have not received any GPU WUs for over a week. I had some at the beginning but have not gotten anymore, are they limited?

One users said they check for new WUs every five minutes, and set it in settings. How do we set that? I have looked through the whole of WCG and cannot find any place to make this setting... Help!

Checking frequently for Nvidia GPU WUs is not necessary. There are none.
Maybe it is an infrastructure problem or AutoDock-GPU is still not optimal for distributed computing.

i have been getting some AMD GPU work units on one of my computers but have never gotten and GPU work units on my other computer which has an Intel GPU

The tasks are OpenCL based so any compatible OpenCL card can process them with the correct OpenCL component of the respective drivers.

I am processing many tasks a day on my Nvidia cards.

Check for work with ./boinccmd --project http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ update and a watch command every 5 minutes

I have an RTX 2070 & get multiple tasks a day. Yesterday May 14 I received 25.

I don't have any scripts running I have receive GPU work for Nvidia and CPU work turned on. Tasks process very quickly some are just over a minute, I would imagine it's faster on your card. Hope this is helpful

Apparently the graphics card white list of OPNG was not changed after stress test but the number of tasks per graphics card has been reduced.

You're welcome. Yes I think they send out 2000 every 30 minutes. Another thing I have found helpful for building a cache is to run another GPU project at the same time as receiving work from here

I can assure you that even though the event log says "tasks for xxxx are available, but..." is not accurate. you should read it as "there might be tasks for other xxxx"
