Computational Errors- Please Help!
Hi!

I am trying to run BOINC on my ubuntu linux box, and am becoming frustrated because it can't do any work.... it connects to the server and retrieves work, but it always gets checksum errors or computational errors. Any ideas? I have posted the messages from the boinc manager below-

Can you check that you are running from your BOINC installation directory and that the id that you are running BOINC with has the ability to write to that directory?

hello,

i've got the same(?) or an similar error when running FAAH...

its an AMD x64_86 on gentoo linux, (nearly) all other projects run fine, SETI,SIMAP,.. but only the tasks for WCG seem to fail..

here is a output from my logfiles:

I've suspended the WCG project,until i figured out where the problem is,

the directory permissions are correct,
