George H. Willig was arrested after he scaled the South Tower of New York's World Trade Center. It took him 3 1/2 hours. |

George H. Willig was fined for scaling the World Trade Center in New York on May 26. He was fined $1.10. Note: That works out to 1 cent for each floor of the South Tower. |
