OK I sat down and worked it out this morning. I'm not in Mr Hamilton's league just your average mere UK mortal.
----------------------------------------For every £1 I earn 54.4p goes directly into Government coffers in one way or another. With the 45.6p I have left to spend of my pound I help towards creating the Billion Pound profits of Tesco, BP and the HSBC who then pay tax to the Government on account of those profits. "and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass mmm where should I go..... Switzerland If only I could afford to  LOL --->then go to work. My Government needs the cash Does anyone else pay more than this in Tax? I'm intrigued Dave |
