The organisers of the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix have signed a deal with the Italian company Valerio Maioli S.p.a. to illuminate what could be the very first Formula One race to be held at night.

I see today that Alonso says he and Hamilton have always been good friends off the track and it's only the press that make up the stories about conflict in the ranks.
We shall see on Sunday, or at least you will. I'm booked to go to a concert with a friend from Germany on Sunday evening and so will miss the climax of the season. Enjoy folks. |

More penalty threats to the Golden Boy as he and a couple of others seem to have contravened a tyre regulation during the free practice.
Seeing that it must be down to the team rather than the driver, that would seem to be a tad hard and would put the spanner in the works for what could be a barnstorming finish to the season. |

Yes quite sudden also. Never really made it, though he can drive, had a lot of bad luck too I think. Now it's up to the Japanese driver Nakajima, who's name sounds really familiar.
