Silly girls, we men of Base Camp are who we are and have been so for many years; don't expect us to change because of frivolous infatuations. There is nothing wrong with your avatar aesthetically or otherwise, sport.Each and every one of us are rough and tough and rugged, ready to take on any challenge I've decided not to post a pic...for now It portrays you as Gandalf the White or somebody else defending what is right in this World - and I'm sure all the women of Base Camp will like your picture as well when you come around to posting it.  |

Good Morning Base Campers
Riding my bicycle to town yesterday, I suddenly heard what is still a favorite of mine Out of It roaring out of decent sized loud speakers. It turned out to be the students of town who celebrated last day of scool at the fairgrounds.  In the center of city, I met more music. A band of very young people played their darned best. The one the played and sang while I was within hearing reach was an old Beatles favorite: Something ErikaT, I think your views are pretty permissive - we can do intensive sun bathing and even a strip tease here at Base Camp. Either the WCG Forums are permissive - or the censorship has not been applied. Nobody can watch everything all the time. I like to think we are permissive,  and that only certain four-letter words get corrected. Sport, do you remember I made instructions for Ghost Plane to post pictures of her garden? I said, she might have to correct the link's [IMG] (capitol letters) into [img] lower case letters Well, she has to for this board, but that's no big operation. I'm one happy mother hen able to report that I have refound alephnull, so now "only" GTCola2010 is missing. Has anybody seen him? Nevertheless, we should like to welcome you as a New Camper in Base Camp |
