I am about to disappear until next monday, and am closing down. Will let you know where I have been when I get back, (as I dont want thousands of fans lining the route!

Evening all
Sunny but cold down here in the South but the squirrels seem to enjoy it, usually pinching the bird food I put out. What with birds, squirrels and foxes I think I see more wild life regularly here in the city than I ever did when I lived in the country. Television went pear shaped on Wednesday evening so I'm down to a tiny portable until a new one arrives on Monday so the last Grand Prix of the season will look like dinky toys running round. Have a good weekend you all - I'm on the monthly lccal gardening routine in the morning so pray that it keeps dry. |

Evening all, hope you're all enjoying the weekend so that you have no time to look in here.
The rain did hold off until about 12.30 so we didn't get wet during our gardening morning. In fact it was more like a clearing job so there's extra fuel for next Saturday's bonfire party. |

I've been on early shift these past 2 weeks, and I've been knackered when I get home, also I've been working on cast iron castings. (It's a dirty job but someone's got to do it)
For the next 2 weeks I'm on a late shift, so I'll be able to pop in after you've all gone to bed |

Television went pear shaped on Wednesday evening so I'm down to a tiny portable until a new one arrives on Monday so the last Grand Prix of the season will look like dinky toys running round.    Evening all. I'm back after serious trouble with my computer. Since a while I couldn't reach the windowsupdate-site anymore, it kept crashing IE with an unknown error (was a sign I guess). After a while I decided to manually install the updates, during this I had to restart windows but only got BSOD's since. Restore, safe mode and repair didn't help.  So I had to reinstall Windows but in the process I had to reformat and repartition and probably lost most of my files.  So now I'm reinstalling everything, quite annoying but at least I'm starting with a fresh start. Hope everything is well with everyone.
