Hi All,
Hope you all had a good time over Christmas. It was very warm and sunny where I went: Portugal. I even caught the sun a bit and think I have turned slightly brown!  Way too much food !! (But at least the good thing is that I didn't have to do any of the washing up.) Back to the grind tomorrow.  |

Evening all
Good to see you popping in Den. Happy New Year to you and chocolate orange. And René, I saw a photograph in the paper a few days ago where they have a big langlauf race after spraying the fields with water when it's cold enough to freeze immediately. Looked great fun, did you have a go at that? |

Good luck to you all. Last time I had skates on was 64 years ago, on a frozen canal in the Netherlands.

Looked great fun, did you have a go at that? No I didn't but I did saw that on tv. Looked fun indeed. It was quite a lot of snow they collected from two ice tracks if I understood it correctly.
