Very interesting read Jonathan. Need to think about it some but first impression was - I thought #3 was omnipresence, not all-goodness. There are many different versions of theism. The one I attack is explicitly "classical" theism - 1. omnipotence 2. omniscience 3. perfection (defined by catholic theologians as perfect goodness) These three imply omnipresence. If you want to see evil you need to look no further than our Congress and President.They are leading us down a path similar to the days of the holocaust. The powers to be have united--meaning the Democrats and Republicans. We are loosing our freedom for the good of all and the people of the future may have to kill and maim to regain our freedom.So would you call that evil |
