Serial records wiping, HCC did 1.155 million results yesterday http://bit.ly/WCGHCC, lifting the WCG daily to above the old [non recognized] record to now official 1 630 757 ↑ http://bit.ly/WCGALL . The old was non-recognized as that happened on a day when there was a large spill over from a previous day [due validator/system failure the day before]. The validators [3 now for HCC alone per knreed], are keeping up well.
The dashboard has now reached the high end of the knreed 100-130 days remaining estimated... presently printing 136 days left estimate ** http://bit.ly/WCGPI1 . As more of these million plus days are recorded, that projection is going to drop further. ** If you see a higher number, you're looking at a stale [local] cached copy ;>) Race on. [It's a disaster for my top-2000 rankings... loosing 5 spots a day on all 3 metrics, being passed left right and center, but that's fine :O] |

[OT]Not going to ask, KerSamson, why when GPU crunching for certain systems impacts the user [which is why we have choice], had to be brought up here in this project progress thread, when it has already been in half a dozen others in the HCC and GPU support forums.[OT]

Unthought off until before, this week ending Friday, WCG overall had 10,999 million validated result contributed by the volunteer members. Crunch On. Its definately the type of card used that shows the lag. The newer cards don't have that much of an issue. My 7870 crunching 8 doesn't show half of the lag my 6950 did crunching 1.

If Jack Jones is not calling for "No Panic" and the Techs are not, then there can't be any reason to. The system is holding up [zero complaints here], with a projected 1.25 million results for HCC today, and WCG overall 1.75 million, as said, projection. http://bit.ly/WCGQLK. Why change what's clearly not broken, yet ;O)

Just before WCG is about to roll out a double long task size, there was a new day record of 1,308,102 validated results for the 8th.

I have run out of work and have found out that a new beta application has been released. It would be nice if knered or someone ells in the staff would anonse that a new application will be released BEFORE they actually release the new application so that I\we can edit the app_info file in time for the update.

The noon production numbers do not suggest that the HCC supply was torqued off. *in fact* uplinger emphasized that the beta test included to verify the backward compatibility of 6.56 and 7.05, so they would not have to stop the supply. So, there's no explanation why your comp ran out of work, but this beta [of about 10,000 units] is not the reason.
