Just got in - been up to the 'Smoke'!! Not strictly true, it was on the outskirts of it - "The Big '0'" I think it is called. Lovely surprise for me and the other "Grandma" - saw the most brilliant show - The Royal Ballet (I can hear you all you fellas groaning!) performing in a tremendously huge auditorium - absolutely amazing! It was grand-daughter's idea, but then before it happened she was summoned abroad once again (Malta) this time, so she missed out! (She is always dashing abroad somewhere when she gets the call. That's what comes of being a 'prostetic makeup artist'! She started out on the 'Harry Potter' films, and it has all gone on from there!). (Yes, of course I am a proud grandma!! )

Think I need to have a scrabble in the cupboard to see if there is anything to eat! Seems a long time since lunch!

Had a good day yesterday, Youngest Son and Daughter in law made me a super Lunch of Roast Beef and Yorkshire puds! Pity there isnt a Fathers Day every week, wouldn't half cut down on the Food Merling!
Ah well, back to normal, supermarket here I come!
