That Is so annoying Tony to have lost a decent rant
fire in the belly and so on then pfffft its gorn all the wind taken out of your sails.(have you looked behind the sofa cushions worth a try ??)
As long as you dont get all depressed and slope off to watch Big brother Or the X factor.

I dont know if you have picked up the fact that next year London is hosting the 'limpic games? No? well they are, honest !!!
I was listening to a programme about earlier games
The events included Poetry, Art, Poodle clipping, van driving thats horse drawn vans. all fell by the wayside I wonder why. More akin to sport as we see it now were the Standing Long jump, High Jump And Hop skip and Jump quite difficult skills and I think should be reintroduced .

Re: Re:

Evening all

After guests for lunch, the good weather forced me out to cut the grass and do some general tidying up.

As for crunching, I think I must have been non-stop for this century. First it was the University site, then ever on and upwards. It would be fun to know how many units have been completed in this time and whether any have led to a promising result.

Re: Re:

Morning all.
Morrisons here I come, More money for you...(I need food)

Welcome to "For my Boy" Please if you read this, send me an e-mail so I can welcome you properly!

Yep when we go thrown out of UD we emigrated here, and at once we realised that the forums were not so hot, but we have managed to keep in touch, and I am still in touch with others who have since moved on. I guess friendships are won and lost on the internet, but ours still seem very strong. Perhaps because many of us have actually met each other! The highlight for me was when we all gathered in Poole in Dorset for a very enjoyable weekend, some travelling from as far away as Israel, USA and Belgium!
Perhaps this is a good time to thank you all for the work that you have done over the years, If only Big Bull could see us now, I will never forget so many people like him, who did so much, and are no longer here. But life goes on, and we all have our part to play! Thanks again, all of you.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before
- probably because of an inflexible mind lodged in a mushy brain
but I just switched to Team Edwardians
- maybe it could earn me an invitation, he-he
