Bronze is a metal that has a lot of excellent qualities recognized since ancient times. There was a Bronze age in history.
Now it is time to go forward to the silver age and later on to the golden age. wink

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Badge discussion

Picked up my last Blue yesterday for HCC, as well as a silver Beta - boarded already!
I cant crunch towards any more WCG badges now, and its making other projects look more interesting. I hope someone Soon makes a decision on a new badge colour/shape/number or whatever, so I can have something to work towards; it keeps me interested. I dont care if it is 3, 4, 5 or even 10 years - just so long as its confirmed, and while the tasks are still actually running! If you do it retrospectively, there will be a lot of disappointment and no interest generated. End the speculation, please.

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Badge discussion

Did sums, convoluted sums, and came to a rounded 7.5 years for the next level. Resume Crunching ;>)

Never the less, no higher badges making you look elsewhere... what them certificates that are on the program?

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Badge discussion

Your speculative 7.5y would be beyond me for Each and Every project, especially with several possibly ending within a year, but I would like the techs to confirm a time length, so I could choose one or two targets and give it a go - even if it is a pink badge with purple spots!

We are all Certifiable Sek wink

skgiven, I understand that there seems to be no possible target at the moment for the existing projects. But there is an ultimate one for each project and that is to finish the project. With that aim you will cumulate years and points get the badges along when they come.

Lucky for me I am not there yet but closing fast. New projects have been promised. I hope they appear in springtime.

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Badge discussion

Its not a bad thing every now and then, as I can remodel a couple of systems mainly for GPU work but in a few more days I will have finished that. For now I will just work on NRW and some HCMD tasks, on the off chance that I can reach some unknown target before they end. I just hope I dont get two projects to 4 years only for the techs say there is a new 5 year badge!
