Re: FA@H Project Badge Recognition thread

After several years of off & on crunching for FA@H I've finally hit the Emerald level. While I wish I could have been able to contribute more time, I'm glad that I could contribute something to this worthy cause.

Greg L, congrats for your well deserved emerald. applause
Your contribution is very important whatever it's size. As you know oceans are made of drops, and each drop counts. peace

Re: FA@H Project Badge Recognition thread

Well Blurf it would depend on which core I5 you have,
the dual core or quad core variant.
Either it would be a half year for sapphire,
or a quarter year.
Ruby either 90 days or a month and a half.
(this assumes 24/7 crunching) And did you keep your last
computer? Then you have 3 or 5 cores depending. It gets
addicting, I started with a single core and have 18 to 22
running depending. So whichever and however many you have,
GOOD LUCK cool

Re: FA@H Project Badge Recognition thread

Congratulation to Blurf for Silver and Greg L for Emerald.
I just made it to Emerald myself.
I guess I will have to work on another project to get a
new Ruby.

Edited 1 time to change Emerald to Ruby.

Re: FA@H Project Badge Recognition thread

Just got my Sapphire. And agreed, Jack007: This is addictive. I started with 1 core running SETI over a decade ago - now my small company has 14 cores running 24/7 (all on WCG). I wish I had more...
