NASA scientists really ought to get back to taking risks and inspiring the next generation with the wonder of Planet Earth, the Moon, the Planets and the Cosmos beyond.

Investing in new technologies and finding ways of achieving the seemingly impossible.

As they did

Not sitting around doing navel gazing doommongering.

They should be thinking "Why can't we launch a person into space like we did with Alan Shepard back on May 5th in 1961 - 53 years ago? Why are we no longer able to do that? Why?"

Only in 2003 was the North Polar Sea Ice still increasing in extent this late into March. It peaked on the 21st

I wonder when Al's disappearing North Pole Sea Ice will stop crystallizing out this year?
