Re: At your home how many active devices do you have?

Wish I could say as much. It all dpends on what you mean by active. All I want is for my family's three desktops, two laptops and one web-book (one core each) to do something for cancer research.

cummerbund you have 5 devices and 5 cores if they have returned at least 1 WU and a have boinc running even if it is not in a continuous mode.

5 devices is an excellent number. smile

Re: At your home how many active devices do you have?

Hey Hypernova,
whatcha doing with those 'old' 920s and 950s you've replaced with I7980xs...
I was thinking of doing a Moons of saturn system,
just the 6 or 7 that are big enuf to be spherical not the 62 or whatever there are lol.
I would build a system then drop one of your 920 or 950s
into it if you want more depth to your solar system (think of me as a satellite system pun intended biggrin )

Edit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Moons_of_Saturn_2007.jpg
Edit take 2... I don't know why that link isn't working for me...
cut and paste I guess I've tried to fix it twice...

Re: At your home how many active devices do you have?

At home: 3 devices with a total of 6 cores. I did have 4/7 but my old G4 Mac died and Apple won't replace the mainboard anymore.

At work: 3 devices with a total of 7 cores.

I am going to bring one of the old computers out of retirement and add it to home to get me back to 7/14.

Re: At your home how many active devices do you have?

3 devices, 4 cores (no HT) and at some point one additional system with 2 cores if I can ever get past problems and conflicts with the networking device drivers.
