Oh, yes I just hate summer time. It ruins everything really and all research also points to the fact that it is a huge challenge on the body and brain so many countries are now thinking about skipping time changes. I can't wait! :)
----------------------------------------I do have some good news too...it seems I managed to fix my bluescreen problems. If true then it was a bad firmware on my Corsair Force F60 SSD. I upgraded to version 2.0 and now the computer has been running for over 48hrs without any bluescreen, which so far is a record since I discovered the problem. Leo...I second that. Let's do away with time change and make life easier.....Also good to hear you have made progress with the Blue Screen issue...I hope you are still running without issues. |

Let's do away with time change and make life easier.....Also good to hear you have made progress with the Blue Screen issue...I hope you are still running without issues. Chris, we should start some international movement against summer time :) Yep, the PC is now stable. Really happy to have solved the problem. I have now tried to activate the fourth core again and so far running with no glitches. If this runs ok for some days I'll be able to start to tweak the freqs. Slowly getting back on track. Thanks Chris, I'm fine even though work is starting to crawl up my neck :) No real weekends in other words...
----------------------------------------I have my Master's thesis going at full steam ahead. A lot I have done, but a lot I still have to do, trying to beat the clock here :) At the same time I am taking a small course to get all the points I need to get my degree and all. Also I am preparing for some presentations of my work so far. Great that the PC seems to be working properly now so that that's out of the way for now at least. Wish you all a great weekend! Well I quit my job yesterday morning. The jerks wouldn't even let me work a 2 week notice. My new employer is happy though, I start Monday.
----------------------------------------Picked up 9 IBM Pentium III's today. Courtesy of Martinsville Electronics. Now if I could only find foster homes for them.
