Re: Morning Update

I really thought I would have had a new PB yesterday with the 400+ results I submitted, but upon closer inspection It was still lower than my PB under the GPU driven HCC. Maybe someday soon!

That last batch of Beta WUs pushed me up to 10+ days on RT. Slow progress, but bronze is now not that far away.

Re: Morning Update

Morning Team.

Some changes to my processing power... I've had to drop my media PC and laptop down to 50% CPU in this weather as they are both at risk of damage if I keep them at 75%.

On the other hand, I've just installed the Android client on my Son's Nexus 7 and it's charging through the FAAH VINA WUs like nobody's business. In addition, I'm hoping to get access to a couple of VMs at work, so I may be bringing a couple of other devices on line shortly.

Also, looks like I should get my Emerald globe shortly... 20 years and 253.5 days of crunching across 21 projects as of the last update!

Re: LunchCrunch Report

Hmm, no wonder my gaming PC was running (and crunching) slowly...

It seems the WCG-client had got itself *VERY* confused and was running another set of tasks in the background, detached from any manager-client.

Can't say I've ever seen that happen before! raised eyebrow

EDIT: interesting, it just looked like it did it again, but on closer inspection, it appears that VINA work-units are completely ignoring "Suspend" requests - will have a better look into that from work.
