My GUESS would be because they have a TON of people wanting work and are struggling to keep up on a daily basis. I am ALSO guessing that given time they will work it out and soon there will be plenty of work to go around. Boinc DOES have a built in back-off system in place so a system that returns bad work gets less and less to prevent all the work from going to a host that is returning junk. But it is slow to decrease and fast to recover once the valid tasks start flowing again.   |

The log suggests the computer is set to only receive GPU work from WCG [we have no DSFL work for GPU]. Yesterday's indication of one member was that a device did 1000 in a day, which leaves little margin but guessing that [part] of the answer might reside on the Result Status page, Status column tags. Bad results, less quota... simple.

As long as you continue to return valid results the quota will increase over time. You will find its a bit hard to get the quota up at first, but it will rise a lot if you keep returning valid results
