New updates from 2012-05-07 Lammps(software for Tsinghua CNMM Nano tech research including computing for clean water and computing for clean air) will be online at the end of May! FAIK, the lmps, short for LAMMPS is the underlying engine used for C4CW, so it's interesting it's now also used to compute clean air (first I heard of it). |

Just received 014651939_0 which makes it 36.6% having been distributed for Target 7 [assuming the series is uninterrupted running to 04000000. Pace is still ramping up, so the 53 days calculated off the current mean [see the Dashboard] is "optimistic". It will doubtlessly be sooner.
Whilst, having a hard time correlating the task numbers and what is actually reported in the project stats... just 759,807 as of last night [including many quorum 2 and repairs]. Suggests that well over half of the distributed work is in PV or on clients "in progress". My highest validated is actually 01439256 but oldest in PV carries number 00158558, suggesting high caching started early... well before the last 30 days remaining call. All those host do not qualify for receiving repair jobs in the end run  |

I have now 3 WU waiting for validation, but the target 7 seems running well ... it makes me happy !!

Yep it is running excellent. All my machines have been cruching this project continuously. I predict 5 to 6 days to reach Sapphire finally!

suggesting high caching started early... well before the last 30 days remaining call. All those host do not qualify for receiving repair jobs in the end run Not sure of the impact of that sentence. Does this mean a rush of high-appetite machines overgrab beyond their means, thus expect to see re-issues well after the 0 date? I assume once the project gets to 0 days left, that begins our individual countdown from full tanks, and any repairs or re-issues will be minimal given that the CW project is fairly 'seasoned.' I'm also assuming that there won't be a target 8, but if anyone knows different, pls chirp up. Right now I'm a bit worried about reaching Sapphire, because I've watched the Estimated Runway on this one drop from 70 to 50 to 42 to 37 in like a week ;-) If the burn rates have flattened and zero'd in to accurate, then I'll be ok, but if the runway keeps dropping 5-for-1 or so, then I've bitten off a No Hope goal. My bad for not joining sooner on earlier targets, I know ;-) |

Rather Excited, I am going to try and crunch only these for awhile. Clean water is possibly the project I want to support the most.

The latest WU that I have received is c4cw_ target07_ 024898076_ 0-- ... which I'm assuming means that aprox 62.3% of the C4CW WUs are out in the wild. Gotta crunch, crunch, crunch....
