I have 311 results pending. Yesterday I had 372 so it is getting a little bit better. The oldest is from the 10th of January. That one is now over 10 days old. I have 48 from today which is better than the 81 I had from yesterday.

I checked all my devices, and they are since a few days all running behind by 25% at least, sometimes 30%. But none is short of WUs or running idle. This means that there must be an enormous build-up that is not reflected in the stats. Accessing the results page is impossible so I have no clue about the precise status of the WUs.
----------------------------------------Let's hope that the modifications that will be done in the next couple days will solve this and that we will come back to a more normal situation. ![]() |

HyperNova, there's 6 validators running specifically for HCC and per knreed they're keeping up at present and if behind, gaining 20K results per hour on backlog i.e. normal production validations + 20K results per hour for HCC alone. Small crunchers would equally see these backlog percentages, so they can sample if there are older Wu's with quorum complete and just sitting there [with maybe "try validation"], or not. But, no wingman, no validation. Rule number 1.

For the doubting Tom's, a little sum: In the 6 minutes between 00:00 UTC and the 00:06 UTC last night, when lock out starts, the validators approved 9,114 results.
01/21/2013 2:059:11:32:23 4,851,828 9,114 Translating this to a daily "possible", this equals a 2,187 million validation capacity, at least [Depends on how up to the second the validators were caught up, but for my results they were completely i.e. they were not validating at their maximum throughput]. The actual reported results for Sunday, the 20th was 1.569 million... indicating there's quite some room to maneuver, possibly just running validators 12 hours in a day is enough to stay ahead. And tomorrow is the 24 hour out... don't forget to boost your caches, if you have a lesser setting :D |

Hey, I had the pleasure of running during last trip with 43.2MB prepaid dongle plugged into the laptop... hold on to your socks. It's almost worth to shell out 159 Euro [temp reduced price till Jan.31] for an annum at 7GB per month and than do a shared Wifi internet link, except 7GB/Month wont do it of course, specially if you run CEP2, which now is at 37Mb upload per pop [running about 9 hours on this portable]... that's 3GB/month on it's own, per core. 4G is coming, and is there in pockets already around here.
