I can't match up yesterday's top 10 percentages with ones I would calculate. I'm not sure what's going on, but will look at it again with today's data. The fan on the power supply on the slowest computer has been dying, and it's about useless for crunching now. (I don't want to run it at 100% but still need to reclaim a few things.) Hi retsof - Free-DC added a whole new team, Grenouille Team France, to the WGC section yesterday. I think this may be answer to your problem - they have some big scorers in team and we all got hammered as regards rankings. I would hate for your numbers not to add up! |

Yup, retsof has this *thing* for numbers. LOL! I could give you some more numbers from other projects, but don't think you'd want to see them here. They're on SIGs at DC zone and stats.free-dc.org

I also ran the numbers for ALL on the team, since there are 18, and they are a little different. I'm just calculating percentages and rankings within our own team. I just wanted to make sure that another set of member numbers didn't get in, and don't think they did. The slow computer power supply fan's about dead anyway, so can't crunch any more. I can run the system, but don't want to do any more 100% stuff. I suppose I could investigate WCG's "throttle" thingy. I could replace the power supply, but don't want to put any more money into that system. A P4/1.7 crashed a couple of weeks ago. I'll get an AMD one of these days...perhaps next year. Prop taxes will take all of this year's funds.

It's a shame we have no control over Captaincy 'cos it doesn't feel right to me that we have a team captain who only ever posted one set of results then vanished. I've always believed in leading from the front. 'retsof for captain'  |
