Good to have another 'Active Member' Trevor. We look forward to moving up quicker. Go kick Hogey's machine or something...Never mind....a new result coming in today. We're looking up. No need for the kick retsof, he is running UDMonitor and will prob dump a load off today! He's working 12 hour shifts making loads of lovely Hovis bread, and is also busy sorting out 100's of wedding phots! (Digital cameras make everyone think they are David Bailey  ) and didn't get the opporchancity to send results in. No doubt when he does we will have a good day!.On that note can I apologise in advance 'cos I've got a work unit that is running at 1% every 10 mins so may over-run tonight's cut-off! Shame it's the one that will take me over 20,000 points and move me into top 10 of VC III.  (Edit:- PS fing, can't we find any Scots blood in you to prompt a change to Saltire background  )I hope Lizzy doesn't see my Lion Rampant 'cos it is her personal Standard! UDMonitor works well on fast machines...I can save enough for 6 days if I'm away....but haven't been out for more than a day, lately. It's still good to average out the long and slow workunits.

Never saw much need for UDMon at my end... Systems just keep crunching along if I'm home or not. I don't want to interfere with the main phone line every few hours...so control when I sent them in. A second line has the slow computer...which autoconnects whenever it wants to....about every 4 days.

Last time I was on dial-up, I hooked all my rigs to use the one connection via ICS. Worked pretty good. 1 line 1 modem 3 systems.

Got 14 in so far.... 2,363pts.. Not my best day (yet)... But still got 4 hours till team update. Ooops... All Fixed Evo Cool Fing, we got a matching set! I'm at 50% after 7hrs and on 19946points so I think it's just WCG making sure I have to work hard for my 2nd star! So much for average size of WU's, normally the Athlon 64 3500+ rattles them through in about 3 hours. Never mind, I see we hit an all time high yesterday anyway. 15,453 points from 10 posters and hogeymuir ripped in with 1,494 himself, 4th largest in the team! Well done son!
