I get 45KBps upload for CEP (if only 1 is uploading, for each extra one that is uploading at the same time, the speed drops by over 50%.. EG: 45KBps for 1 upload / 18KBps each for 2 uploading).

Thats for a x8 DSL (Orange/EE), with my download generally hitting the 690-750KBps and uploads at over 250KBps, in Glastonbury Somerset

I am inside the M25 round London, England and 40MB is taking about 16 minutes.

Richmond VA US to Ealing. Don't know if that's the best destination to test but I guess it's close:)

Still hanging at 22s for my best time...
