The profiles on the WCG website have graphics settings for the number of frames per second and the amount of CPU dedicated to graphics. You might try adjusting them to see if they make a difference

They are currently set at:
When displaying graphics, render at most 7 frames per second When displaying graphics, use at most 5% of CPU I moved the second from 0-100% and it had no impact. The first I tried several different values. I am not sure what the minimum and the maximum limits are. |

Well that video card should have little trouble running the screen saver even at default settings. It is basically a rebadge of the GT430 which I have in a few systems. The next thing to try is to either reduce the cpu run time % or the number of used cores in your system and just see if it is your cpu that is getting bogged down.

Try changing the frames per second to 20 or so.

It seems that changes made through the website aren't implemented. Changes made through the local control are. I am unable to change the graphics frames per second in the local control. I did try changing the % of CPU time and the % of cores at the local control and these had no impact on the screen saver issue.

Does your computer have the option of using integrated video from the motherboard if the video card was pulled? It could be a bad video card...

All other hardware and software works correctly with the screensavers. I only have an issue with the WCG screen saver. This leads me to believe that the issue is related to the WCG screensaver.

I keep telling you, screensaver is a waste of cycles that could be used to process tasks, set it to none
