A SCC plug value of 1 year, no more, no less. Enough has been said about the meaning of those research progress bars to include words by the admin, kind of wide open to dismis[read]ing. I've plugged a different number in the dashboard based on reading the tea-leaves jhindo took out.

Since I have recently learned the following information from WCG there is no calculable end date. However I will still attempt to track the progress as it occurs. A big thanks to the WCG staff for making this available.
----------------------------------------Recently another estimated 5,000 batches were added to the project. We are not able to say the exact number of additional batches that will be added in the future, but we are fully expecting to receive more work units for the Mapping Cancer Markers project. The researchers will turn to other cancer-type work units when the current ones near completion. Last 30 day average results:644,732Percentage Complete:Currently listed on the Research page:96% The average length of a WU is currently running about 4.19 hours, slightly shorter than last week, but still trending steady around the 4.25 hour mark. The average length of a work unit this past week varied between 4.14 and 4.23 hours. This continues to be remarkably steady. Still have not seen any of the batches from 122278 to 122402. The ovarian units started with 122403 as the lowest number. My latest batch number was 130180 which would give about 197 batches for the week. Production decreased a bit this past week going from about 4.37 million WU's to 4.05 million WU's completed. During this past week the time devoted to MCM1 was just under an average of 277 years per day, compared to 300 years per day the previous week. We are feeling the effect of another new project SCC1 (Smash Childhood Cancer). Crunch on. ![]() Cheers

I figure they will add as much as they can while they have the top spot. Of course the top spot will probably go to Smash Childhood Cancer next.

They're expert virtual water boarders at WCG, all gasping for air[ing] of some work update news... no 30 day EOP warning either, yet the [pluck-it-from-the-air] end month is shown as March 2017 on the research page... it's the 9th of March today at my side of club med.
