Re: MOT is stronger than ever...

Would it be presumptious of me to suggest a member vote on wether they mind me having this little perk and I will then abide by the majority decission
Until then, I believe I have more than earned the right, to leave it the way it is

I for one do not mind giving Graham any perks he wants. As he says, he offers considerable time, effort and money (in terms of his bandwidth requirements) for this forum and WGC as a whole.

Also, does it really matter the number of points that anyone really has. The reason we are all crunching away is for the benefit of all of us and not for any glorification of an individual.

Obviously it is not for me to comment on Graham's "perks" but I would like to reiterate my thanks to him, both for his assistance to me personally and also this forum as a whole. Thanks very much mate biggrin

Graham, applause
just keep doing what you do so well. I am sure that you enjoy doing it, most off the time.
But i am also sure that there are days you would rather forget about it, but still do the job.

smile Hi Rejean
Good to hear from you my friend
Well, I must admit I do find it difficult sometimes, especially late at night
Fortunately Dave Bell is the most obliging member you could ever hope to meet
and he is always there to post the certificates for me when I have to go to bed early
due to getting up at 4:00am to attend the watch fairs at the weekends
laughing I do get a bit cranky though, when someone wants to take my little perk away

Re: MOT is stronger than ever...

Well, Stephan, it looks like we are going to have you drawn and quartered. Then we will have to hang you.

Whoops, I think I made a mistake here. If you were drawn and quartered first, then there wouldn't be enough weight for you to be hung properly.

Boy, now I feel really sheepish. I aplogize. I really didn't mean to imply that you were not hung properly. Not that I would have any idea, you understand . . .

Oh, heck, forget it. We'll just shoot you instead and be done with it. wink

400K is alright by me Graham I'm rapidly closing in on 300K

My reasoning behind the 100K 250K 500K 1Million 2Million etc is that hopefully I won't miss them smile

I do try but I can't promise one of you won't sneak through wink

On the personal front my days staring at a multitude of red brake lights on the M25 (The notorious motorway that circles London) will soon be over biggrin biggrin biggrin
I'm moving on to somewhere slightly closer to home - whoohoo

Vision On

I nearly have that Gallery in place

I've been hunting around the Internet and I have found the original Vision On Music I've also found that this series was on the box in the UK from 1964 to 1977 so it dates me just a tad.

Here's the original music, it's in glorious 128K MP3 format so it's a 5.67Mb download (but worth it) Having listened to the original I think my from memory attempt wasn't too bad smile You may beg to differ biggrin

here it is OriginalVisionOn.MP3

If you are reading this thinking what is this crazy brit talking about or you were born in the UK post 1977 here's a link to what you have been missing out on

http://www.tonyhart.co.uk/vision_on.htm

Enjoy
