Mid July ECD's:
---------------------------------------- Have been busy last few days, so here are the comments also: - FAHB, MIP1 & SCC1 slipped for almost a month - OET ending before HST1, in Q4 2019...some speed up in some WU's probably?! - HST1 & MCM is on time - ZIKA ending 3 months sooner! |

Here's end of July ECD's:
---------------------------------------- Comments: - OET & FAHB got some 5 more months - SCC on schedule - HSTB will end 3 month sooner - MCM & MIP got 1 month more - ZIKA got some 4 months more That's it! With my current output and all my resources on SCC, Imight make it to 100 years. My quick and very basic calculations indicate that I should be nearing the 100 year mark at 8 more months. I will keep my fingers crossed for a steady supply of SCC and maybe some extra work to push the date back a little.

If I go by KLiK's timeline then I can get the next badge for OET.

If I go by KLiK's timeline then I can get the next badge for OET. If I go by WCG's timeline then I can't get the next badge for OET. Fascinating that there are different ways to calculate the end date and I appreciate it when members share their numbers. Thanks KLiK! I would go with the "rose" dates, as those include not only WCG timeline, but also speed up of projects, after every project completion. Those would be the "most accurate dates" we all should use. Mid Aug ECD's:
---------------------------------------- 1st of all, here are some changes in listed data: 1. ECD is calculated from "run days (with pauses) / total days of project", so they correlated with ECD by WCG 2. Project % completion is listed with 2 digits, as it's calculated. If it were without digits, it would round the %, which will give some questions between Research page & this topic - nobody wants that. 3. Posted "Total days to run project", for everyone to see it, as it might be useful info about the size of the project itself. 4. Main goal stays to get to badge withing "ECD by WCG (correction)" time (rose color), as those days were calculated with speed up of the each project when one finishes on WCG! Changes in ECD's: - OET is about to finish 1st, as it got more weight on WCG now or got some quicker WU's...finishing 1 year sooner! - SCC, ZIKA & MCM is still on time, no big changes here... - HSTB got some slowdown in jobs, probably summer...so ending 3 moths later in 2020. - FAHB got some new WU's, as the size of the project changed from 70% to 60%...will finish 1 year later!  - MIP got some slowdown, so ending 2 months later. |

As the same dates are on ECD (blue - calculated from % of running days, check my previous post) & on ECD by WCG (green, read from WCG), so you can use the same "days left" (green) from the right side of the table. |
