Start Sep ECD's:

Changes:
- HSTB ending 1 week sooner
- SCC ending 3 weeks sooner
- FAHB ending 1,5 month later
- MCM ending 1 month later
- ZIKA ending 6 months later
- OET & MIP ending 2 weeks later.

Comments:
- MIP changed app, so in next month we will see the benefit of that.

Start Oct ECD's:

Changes in ECD table:
- not comparing "WCG project % compl(etion)", as my own calcs of "project % compl(etion)" = "run days passed" / "Total days to run project" gives me better results...as you can see my calc "ECD" = "ECD by WCG" on every project, so the calc works just fine.

Comments:
- SCC1 & OET ending soon, there's a small difference in days to previous run! That difference got us few more days to run the project, check if you're in hunt for badge.
- HSTB ending 4 months sooner, check if you're in hunt for badge!
- FAHB ending 3 months later.
- ZIKA, ending 3 monts sooner, check if you're in hunt for badge!
- MCM ending 2 months sooner, check if you're in hunt for badge!
- MIP, no change
