We did it time after time when visiting BRD-Germany. We stood there with our binoculars until a patrol from Bundesgrenzschutz (Border Police) came and advised us in terms not to be misunderstood that we better head west. When we returned to Denmark in 1992 our first road trip went to Germany On the border, there was a 1K zone. No one authorized unless you lived there. only Military and Border Police. |

It's tanner2 I looked for him everywhere and couldn't find him after he left My Online Team. He has a status as my little brother - and him joining you is just what I would find he would do. He's such an awfully good person. I use to greet him with a peck on the cheek. I cannot expect you to do it, so I'll do it for your. Welcome tanner2 - I should have guessed. Did you ever get a Rosie? I lost track ....which I shouldn't do, but nevertheless did. Please help me!  As to a 1K zone, I think it was a comfort zone for military personnel. We were civilians, but the border patrol did not want us to whip up anything, so we heeded their 'advice'. |

I love it, smspell  What an ingenuity and imagination. Absolutely wonderful that a company accepts such a suggestion from an architect - or that an architect is able to turn the company's probably loose ideas into a structure like this. Thank you very much! |

Dave Longaberger took the shape of the company's biggest seller, the "Medium Market Basket" and had the architect design it 7 stories. The basket handles weigh almost 150 tons and can be heated during cold weather to prevent ice damage. My brother used to work there. for years
