Thank you, adriverhoef.
That is 36 of the 130 identified, but not all unstuck yet. Mike |

10237 is not known to have been of any concern previously. There were 6 previously unstuck and referred here to as ultras and 130 subsequently started to be unstuck. Of these, 128 are in generations up to 116 which is the leading extreme generation. The other 8 are presumed to be within the accelerated (priority) generations, whose leader is in generation 121. There are 86 classified as extreme at the last report 12 hours ago, so 42 are still stuck or have yet to move on a generation after being unstuck. The 4,953 priority units and 30,528 normal units are not known to have been of any concern apart from the 8 already mentioned. Mike |

I'm thinking that 122 is now part of the accelerated group. I just got another 122 that also has the Feb 3 deadline

I was expecting that to have happened at the next report in 12 hours time.
However, it wouldn't have had a longer time previously. Only the unstuck units get that for a very few generations. Mike |

Mike,
I think I have what adriverhoef calls an AFUW: ARP1_0033400_100, time_step=36. Cheers, Mark |

Thank you all.
We now have these 39 units identified as having been unstuck: 31033 32608 33231 33316 33318 33400 33471 33475 33476 33480 33554 33558 33631 33633 33636 33711 33712 33787 33790 33795 33868 33879 33880 33946 33949 34023 34024 34097 34099 34102 34176 34177 34245 34249 34386 34390 34392 34706 35476 plus 2 ultras 10090 & 19736. Please report any sightings of these and any other extremes (currently generations up to 117). All of them will be formerly stuck units including ultras which were the first to be unstuck. Mike |

Thank you, Kevin.
The stuck units are steadily being unstuck. 7 days have passed since the last full report. In that time, the last of the ultra laggards has moved on 4 generations to generation 083 and well past the last stuck unit. Their leaders are now progressing through the stuck units and only 2 are still discernable. The trailing stuck unit is in generation 079. There are now 91 units listed as extreme. 6 are the ultras and 85 are unstuck. The leader is in generation 117. As there are 129 units in the generations to 117, there must be 38 still stuck or not having moved since being restarted. The last of the accelerated (Priority) generations is 118 and their leader is 122. The current leading generation is 132. Each of those leaders has moved on 2 generations so the definition for extreme laggard is still -15 generations with accelerated remaining at -10 generations. 57,318 units have been validated in the last 7 days (down to 8,188.3 per day). There are now 2,110,907 units to be crunched to finish the project assuming that a full generation 182 is the last. My target for completion is now calculated as 14 October 2022. That is 1 days later than my last summary, assumes everyone works as now until the last day and reflects the slight decrease in work returned. It is likely that we will see the project finish before the end of 2022 due to the efforts to close up the laggards. My guess would be October 2022 assuming those university computers come back on line after their holiday. The step change on the unstuck units has now reverted to 36 seconds so they are now being crunched faster, but we expect the remaining stuck units to have the same treatment. Mike |
