FYI:
I quietly added a new system on May 12th and all the results were showing up in the MY CONTRIBUTION -> RESULTS page as expected. Tonight (early May 17th) when I got home from work, I saw that my added system is now listed on the DEVICES page and I was able to redefine the profile from DEFAULT to the profile I wished to use. I had purposely not contacted the support team to have my system added, as I believed them to be quite busy trying to get the system fully functional and any work processed under the DEFAULT profile does eventually count once that device has been "recognized". For my purposes, I was content to know (via the RESULTS page) that the work was being processed, even though the device was not yet visible in the MY CONTRIBUTION -> OVERVIEW -> DEVICES screen. Based on past experiences, this is the typical time frame for a new system to be "recognized." |
