Note that stats export is not working properly, and has been broken for over a week now. Thanks. The tech team was alerted to this issue a few days ago. They are currently working to resolve this and some other technical issues. |

They are currently working to resolve this and some other technical issues.Any update on this? Even if the ETA is unknown, could you share what's gone wrong with the stats updates?  |

Hi Aperture_Science_Innovators,
It seems that this is one of the interfaces that is not yet functioning as it was before the outage. Our data centre contact is investigating why the interface is not working so that the upload/download server can serve files from the filesystem where the stats reside. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a time frame at this point. |

Not only did MCM work disappear, but it also looks like all validators (including for SCC) fell off the track.
----------------------------------------And as usual, bad things always seems to happen on a Friday. Not good, since WCG doesn't work at all during weekends. There still seems to be SCC tasks available though, but I guess those will also dry up soon. Edit, added: and 2 hours later, as expected, MCM resends are coming in. According to my latest MCM1-task it was received at 2023-08-05T00:20:50, that's almost 12 hours ago now.
I'm also seeing less than 50% of the normal amount of validations taking place (evidently at a slower than normal pace). Another thing I'm observing is that some tasks that were returned around 2023-08-03T00:00:00 are waiting for a wingman to be assigned (Waiting to be sent). Typically, looking at my latest 15 returned tasks, I'm seeing (in this order, latest first): PV, PV, V, PV, V, V, PV, V, PV, PV, PV, V, PV, V, V. (PV = Pending Validation, V = Valid) (They were returned in the past 20 minutes at regular intervals.) Adri |

I don't like running SCC, since it's so slow on Windows machines, but since that's all we can get now, I'll do it anyhow.
----------------------------------------I'm running my computers a little bit more now, due to the fact that because of lots of rain, the electricity prices is much lower now. If this lack of MCM WU's, are due to the same problem as the last time, I guess we will soon get tons of MCM resends. (ergo: the MCM issue was not resolved) Edit: We're getting the same "Tasks are committed to other platforms" reply now, as the last time we had the same sudden lack of MCM tasks Edit2: And as I expected, MCM1 resends are flowing in now. Good news. Suddenly, at my end, there is an influx of validated SCC1-tasks: the number of pages with Pending tasks went from 20 to 9 in the past hour and while I'm writing this the total is still dropping, because now there are 6 pages of Pending tasks left.

Good news. Can sort-of confirm. Not completely out here, but the queue in BOINC is dropping quickly. Getting a few SCC resends (and a *very* few _0s about 30m ago) but definitely not keeping up with demand.
